The Nirvana seeds story began some years earlier, when its founder, Mau, began to work at Positronics, a famed grow shop in Amsterdam. Having watched and learned from some of the best cannabis breeders, Mao was inspired to launch his own cannabis seeds company. 

However, prior to the birth of Nirvana Seeds shop, Mau spent some years travelling the globe, building his knowledge while searching for only the finest cannabis strains known to man. In the years that followed, Mao honed his craft, cultivating and developing new cannabis cultivars (commonly referred to as hybrid strains) that would eventually take the marijuana world by storm. 

Indeed, since their launch in the mid-´90s, Nirvana Seeds shop has gone on to produce some of the industries finest strains, gaining immense popularity with cannabis enthusiasts for famed cultivars including the legendary Aurora Indica and the sativa-dominant classic, Super Silver Haze.

With that kind of pedigree and over twenty-five years of experience in cannabis breeding techniques, Nirvana has gone on to release a host of hugely popular strains including Swiss Cheese, Raspberry Cough and Blue Dream. With this kind of credentials, Nirvana has truly established themselves as a standard-bearer and mainstay in the ever-changing cannabis landscape.
