Lithium OG Kush Strain Genetics
Named after the famous Seattle band, Nirvana (seeds) clearly have a bit of a Kurt Cobain obsession as this strong, indica-dominant hybrid is also named after one of the band’s anthems. Lithium OG Kush is a strong cross of OG Kush x Master Kush.
Lithium OG Kush Strain Terpene Profile
If you like Lemon or Amnesia Haze but are looking for some indica effects, then you will get a similar flavour profile here. The smell from Lithium OG Kush is divine; full of lemon and citrus, caused by the presence of limonene with a strong fuel tone underneath it. You will also taste both the citrus and the diesel, and a bit like Sour Diesel, you will get some grapefruit flavour in there too.
Lithium OG Kush Strain Effects
Both parents here have Hindu Kush in their genetic background, which helps account for the combination of creativity, euphoria and sense of groundedness that you get in the effect. Pretty heady for an indica: Lithium OG Kush comes on fast and leaves you feeling very uplifted, positive and insightful. Perfect for listening to your favourite tunes.
Medical Benefits Lithium OG Kush Strain
With a positive reputation amongst medical users for her strong antidepressant qualities, Lithium OG Kush is good for helping you combat the symptoms of stress, (social) anxiety, and depression; she has a reasonable amount of CBD in the mix, which probably underpins this. Her THC level is high (15-20%), so Lithium OG Kush can also be used to relieve pain.
How to Grow Lithium OG Kush Strain
Lithium OG Kush is a largely indica-dominant strain, and that shows in the grow. She gets very bushy indeed, fat and short; and she will need a good deal of pruning and trimming to keep the light penetrating all the way down to the bottom of the plant. Other than that she’s not too fussy, so is good for gardeners that are just starting out. You don’t need to worry about your experiments in growing going quickly or drastically wrong.
Under ideal conditions, she will produce a fine crop of very sticky, frosty nuggets and a high yield. For more experienced growers she’s good for cloning too and works well in a SOG set up.
