Product questions

Marijuana Grow Shop understands that high germination rates are a priority for our customers, that’s why we are always looking to source the best quality products from the most reputable breeders. However, as seeds are a natural product, a variety of factors can affect their ability to grow. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot guarantee the germination rate of our products. If you are experiencing issues during the germination process or are unsatisfied with the amount of germinated seeds your product produced, please contact our Support Team at [email protected]

Thanks to significant improvements in breeding programs, feminized cannabis seeds are 99% likely to produce feminized cannabis plants. You can view our full range of feminized seeds online here.

Cannabis seeds are very sensitive to light, humidity, and temperature. Therefore it is essential that they are stored correctly, keeping them dry and cool. The most suitable place is in the refrigerator in a dark container (i.e., film canister) where it's unlikely they will be exposed to excessive light or moisture.

If stored correctly, cannabis seeds can last up to 2 years. After this point, the quality of products and their likeliness to germinate will be significantly lower.

Marijuana Grow Shop only ships cannabis seeds to the following countries: Andorra, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Latvia, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States. *Please note, when purchasing cannabis seeds and products from our website you agree to Marijuana Grow Shop's Conditions of Use. This includes that it is the customer’s personal responsibility to inquire and abide by the local laws and regulations that apply to them. Once customer orders have been dispatched and left the Marijuana Grow Shop or its distributing warehouse, Marijuana Grow Shop is no longer responsible or liable for the products or any charges occurring if stopped by any international customs.

Tracking is available on shipping for all countries except for orders sent via standard shipping to the US. This is due to an ongoing issue between USPS and the Spanish postal service, Correos. For US customers who would prefer tracking on their order we recommend choosing Express shipping.

Customers have the option to choose a shipping option that includes an "Extra stealth - with insurance" add on. Orders with the "Extra stealth shipping - with insurance" add on are shipped in specialised sealed bags that help improve delivery rates. These orders are also covered by our reshipment policy.  This means on the rare occurrence that the order doesn’t arrive within 15 business days from the shipment date for EU/UK customers or and within 30 business days for all other customers, we will reship the order one more time free of extra charges. Please note: If an order shipped via Express shipping - extra stealth with insurance does not arrive it will be reshipped via Standard shipping.

Yes, we can ship to a PO Box address. However, customers with a PO box address can not opt to be covered by our insurance policy.

Payment questions

Marijuana Grow Shop accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrencies

If you are trying to make a payment with a VPN enabled we recommend disabling the VPN and trying to place your order again. If this does not work please see instructions on how to make a Bank Transfer. If you still have issues, please contact your bank to check you do not have a block on international payments.  If these options do not work, please check what other payment options we accept.

Following our discreet ordering policy, your bank or credit card statements will only show as Guru Trading S.L. No cannabis-related references will appear on your statements.

Bank transfers can take 3-5 to process depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been cleared by our accounts team. If you haven't received this confirmation after 1 week of making payment please contact our Support Team at [email protected]

Order questions

Yes. We understand that it is important to our customers that orders are sent discreetly. To ensure this, we use small, plain white bubble wrap envelopes to post products. Our envelopes do not have any visible labelling other than the customer’s address and our return address. Our company name will read as “Guru Trading SL”. No other company labels, receipts or any references to cannabis are included on the envelope.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. It is possible that this email is marked as spam so we recommend checking there. If you still cannot find this confirmation email please contact our Support Team at [email protected]

If your order is still in the processing stage, you can change your address by contacting our Support Team at [email protected] Please be aware that you will not be able to change your address once the order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Marijuana Grow Shop is not responsible for orders that do not arrive as a result of incorrect details being entered at the time of purchase.

Our team aims to have orders processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when our team has shipped your order. During busy periods processing can take longer. If there are any delays with processing you will be kept up to date via email.

Our shipments team will do their best to meet requests to combine orders. However, as large quantities of orders are processed at once, we cannot always guarantee this will be done.

Yes, if you spend over €50 you will receive 3 free feminized seeds from our Strain of the month. If you spend €100+ you will receive 6 feminized seeds. You can find out what our Strain of the month is on our homepage. It is not possible to substitute the free seeds for a different strain or variety. Please note: the free seeds promo does not apply during sales.

Our team aims to have orders processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the progress of your order. Please double check your spam box for this email. Please note: Due to an ongoing issue between USPS and the Spanish postal service, Correos, orders sent via standard shipping to the US no longer include tracking details. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped and are advised to allow 3-4 weeks from the shipment date for your order to arrive.

Occasionally, order tracking details may not update in real-time. This is can due to postal services not updating their tracking systems. While this may happen from time to time, rest assured your order is on its way. If you are concerned please contact the postal carrier directly for updates.  Please note: Due to an ongoing issue between USPS and the Spanish postal service, Correos, orders sent via standard shipping to the US no longer include tracking details. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped and are advised to allow 3-4 weeks from the shipment date for your order to arrive. 

The following shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment. This does not include processing time: Europe/UK orders shipped via standard shipping take between 1-2 weeks (maximum 15 business days due to covid-related delays) | Europe/UK orders shipped via express shipping take between 3-5 days (maximum 15 business days due to covid-related delays) | Worldwide orders shipped via standard shipping take between 3-4 weeks (maximum 30 business days due to covid-related delays) | Worldwide orders shipped via express shipping take between 3-7 days (maximum 15 business days).

Please check the questions above to make sure your order has exceeded the maximum potential shipping time due to potential covid delays. If so, please see below | Customers who opted for Extra stealth shipping - with insurance:  If you have opted for Extra stealth shipping with insurance you are covered by our reshipment policy. This means if your order has not arrived within the maximum time period relative to your region (mentioned in table above) we will reship your order one more time. Alternatively, you can opt for a store credit to use at a later date. Refunds are not possible. If this applies to you please contact our Support Team at [email protected] | Customers who opted for Standard shipping without insurance: Customers who opted for Standard shipping without insurance are not covered by our reshipment policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or a refund if your order is lost.

If your order has been returned to sender you will receive an email from our team once it has been received. You will then have the choice of having the order reshipped or a store credit to use at a later date. Please note: if the reason the order was returned is the fault of the customer (for example the address provided was incorrect) the customer will need to cover the costs incurred for reshipment.

Although cannabis seeds are not illegal according to international law, laws may vary from country to country, and even state to state. Because these laws can change, we always recommend customers know which laws apply to them at the time of purchase. For those concerned their order may end up being held at customs, we offer customers from most countries an "Extra stealth with insurance option" at checkout.  Choosing this option will ensure you are covered by our reshipment policy. This means, if your order does not arrive the first time, we will reship your order again one additional time. Please see our shipping questions for more information on this shipping option.

In some cases, the postal carrier may notify customers that an import duty/tax must be paid in order to receive the package. While this does not happen often, it is possible. If this happens you have the following options: - Pay the import duty/tax to receive the package. - Instruct the postal carrier to return the package to sender for us to reship it. In this case, you will need to pay reshipment costs and any fees we may be required to pay to receive the package. - Instruct the postal carrier to return the package to sender in order to receive a refund from us. In this case, any fees we may be required to pay to receive the package will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note if you do not communicate with the postal carrier what you want to do, the package will be destroyed. In this case, we cannot offer any reshipment or refunds.

It is possible to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items will need to be unopened and undamaged. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
